I'm a ceramics artist based in Rio de Janeiro. I've been making things from 1978 to 1986 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Marcos
I've had 12 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Marcos: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
