Márcio Sebastião Martins

Physics and special education teacher, Campinas

  • 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Campinas Academy
  • Since 2006
  • Portuguese
For 20 years I have been the physics teacher at Campinas Academy. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've run the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Márcio

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Márcio: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
