Márcio Renato Campos

Self-taught ceramics artist

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Phoenix Art Collective
  • 1984 to 2012
  • Portuguese
I work mostly in ceramics, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 1984 at Phoenix Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I garden badly but happily.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
