Márcio Dias

Mentor in first-generation students and teaching

  • 🇧🇷 Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
  • Parkside Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2016
  • Portuguese
For ten years I've mentored people in first-generation students and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. My door was open at lunch. I'm still learning every day.

More about Márcio

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
