For 36 years I've run the cross country program at Niterói Athletic Club in Niterói. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Márcio: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
