Marcin Wiktor Rutkowski
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices

My trade is welding. I opened my own shop in 1987 in Łódź and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Marcin: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
