Marcin Robert Kaźmierczak
Mentor in first-generation students and writing
- 🇵🇱 Katowice, Silesia, Poland

For 34 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
