I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,940 people through Warsaw Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
