Márcia Júlia Sampaio
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- São Paulo Works
- 1981 to 1993
- Portuguese
My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 1981 in São Paulo and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 18 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Márcia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Márcia: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
