Marcelo Rodrigo Alves
Mentor in nursing and design
- 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Contagem Youth Network
- 2013 to 2022
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Contagem Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Marcelo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Marcelo: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
