Marcelo Gustavo Moraes
Boxing coach, Ribeirão Preto Youth Club
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Since 2013
- English, Portuguese
For 13 years I've run the boxing program at Ribeirão Preto Youth Club in Ribeirão Preto. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Marcelo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Marcelo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
