Helping people break into nursing

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,060 people through Niterói Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Marcelo: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first nursing job in 2015. I still have your notes! Thank you again.
