Manuela Valentina Coelho
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará, Brazil
- The Juazeiro do Norte Trades Guild
- 2000 to 2011
- Portuguese, French
I've worked in bicycle repair from 2000 to 2011. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 530 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Manuela: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
