Manuela Sandra Mendes

Taught biology at Campinas Grammar School

  • 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Campinas Grammar School
  • 1984 to 2007
  • English
For 23 years I was the biology teacher at Campinas Grammar School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I had 1,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Manuela

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
