I've volunteered with Belo Horizonte Mutual Aid since 1989. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 23 people now. Everyone brings something.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Manuela
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Manuela: Any gift will help us cover the hall hire this winter.
