Helping people break into leadership
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Pioneer Foundation
- Since 1984
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,300 people through Pioneer Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
