Helping people break into leadership
- 🇵🇭 Caloocan, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Atlas Foundation
- Since 2000
- English, Filipino, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,510 people through Atlas Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Manuel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Manuel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
