I've coached netball at Tehuacán Swimming Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Manuel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
