I teach literature at Paris Polytechnic since 2006, and supervised 27 dissertations along the way.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Manon
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Manon: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
