Taught home economics at Nîmes High School

- Nîmes High School
- 1990 to 2014

For 24 years I was the home economics teacher at Nîmes High School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Manon
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
