Helping people break into nursing
- 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
- Kilimanjaro Community Trust
- 2011 to 2021
- English, Hindi, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Kilimanjaro Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Manoj
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
