I've coached volleyball at Mumbai Community Club since 2002. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

I still think about the quiz night we nearly won. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Tallahassee.
