I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and twelve years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
What gifts mean to Manoj: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me Spanish in 2012 at Baobab Girls' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Thank you again.
