Manoel Sebastião Paiva
Self-taught glass art artist
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Little Fairview Pottery
- Since 1994
- Portuguese
I work mostly in glass art, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 1994 at Little Fairview Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Manoel
I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Manoel: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
