Manoel Rafael Dias

Professor of literature, Guarulhos College

  • 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Guarulhos College
  • 1985 to 2019
  • Portuguese
I spent 34 years as a lecturer in literature at Guarulhos College in Guarulhos. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

More about Manoel

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Manoel: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
