Manoel Marcos Ribeiro
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Uberlândia
- 🇧🇷 Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Uberlândia Westbrook Quartet
- 2003 to 2018
- Portuguese
I play traditional drumming and brass band. I started in 2003 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Manoel: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
