Manoel Luiz Barbosa
Helping people break into careers
- 🇧🇷 Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- 1978 to 2003
- English
For 25 years I've mentored people in careers and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
