I've coached cycling at Newport Ashford Swimming Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Manisha
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Manisha: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
