Manikandan L. Gowda
Mentor in trades and engineering
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Association
- Since 2013
- English, Telugu, Spanish
For 13 years I've mentored people in trades and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Manikandan
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Manikandan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
