Stellenbosch Technical College was my second home. I taught English literature there from 1980 to 2008, mostly Grade 6.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mandla
If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Mandla: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me English literature in 2011 at Stellenbosch Technical College. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
