Mandla Ngcobo

Table tennis coach, Johannesburg Bayview Youth Club

  • 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
  • Johannesburg Bayview Youth Club
  • 1999 to 2008
  • English
I coached table tennis at Johannesburg Bayview Youth Club from 1999 to 2008. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Mandla

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
