Mandla L. Lombard
Table tennis coach, Stellenbosch Football Club
- 🇿🇦 Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa
- 1985 to 2016
- English
I coached table tennis at Stellenbosch Football Club from 1985 to 2016. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
More about Mandla
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Mandla: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 1987. I still hear your voice on the sideline! Greetings from Kyiv.
