For 39 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Pretoria Girls' School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,640 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mandla
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
