Crown Middle School was my second home. I taught design and technology there from 1999 to 2009, mostly Year 9.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mandla
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
