Manal Sawsan Benali
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇦 Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco
- 1987 to 2003
- English
My trade is painting and decorating. I opened my own shop in 1987 in Casablanca and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Manal: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
