Manal Salma Naguib
Mentor in first-generation students and leadership
- 🇸🇦 Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
- Dammam Foundation
- Since 1997
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,480 people through Dammam Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
