Tiling, done properly

My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 1999 in Phoenix and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Manal: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
