Maliha Popy Begum
Leadership mentor, Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Eastgate Foundation
- Since 2011
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 740 people through Eastgate Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Maliha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
