Maliha Jannat Sheikh
Singing player and teacher in Gazipur
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Gazipur Harbor Band
- Since 1991
- English, Bengali
I play singing and traditional drumming. I started in 1991 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Maliha
I write my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
