Malathi M. Rajan

First-generation students mentor, Kolkata

  • 🇮🇳 Kolkata, West Bengal, India
  • Summit Foundation
  • 2010 to 2019
  • English, Malayalam
For nine years I've mentored people in first-generation students and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
