Malathi L. Murthy
Recovery mentor, Thane
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Thane Mentoring Circle
- 2015 to 2025
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Thane Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Malathi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
