Malathi K. Rajan
Mentor in engineering and design
- 🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India
- Victory Foundation
- Since 1999
- English, Kannada
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 490 people through Victory Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
