Malak Souad Hamid
Finance mentor, Heliopolis
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Meadowbank Community Trust
- Since 2000
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,250 people through Meadowbank Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Malak
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Malak: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
