Malak Farah Zidan
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- The Northside Workshop
- Since 1992
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Cairo, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Malak: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
