Maksym Pavlenko
Leadership mentor, Salerno
- 🇮🇹 Salerno, Campania, Italy
- Westbrook Youth Network
- Since 1979
- English, Russian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 940 people through Westbrook Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
