Makoto Yokoyama

Jewelry and textiles artist

🇯🇵 Fukuoka, Fukuoka, Japan
Old Fukuoka Pottery
Since 2002
Japanese

I work mostly in jewelry, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2002 at Old Fukuoka Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I never rush a conversation. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

More about Makoto

I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

Mediums

Jewelry Textiles Digital art

What gifts mean to Makoto: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
