For 32 years I've mentored people in farming and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Maja
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Maja: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
