Maina Otieno Ngowi
Painter, potter and teacher at Little Arusha Pottery
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Little Arusha Pottery
- Since 1993
- English
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 1993 at Little Arusha Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Arusha Pottery, which keeps me honest.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Maina
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Maina: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
