I taught home economics at Auckland High School in Auckland from 2015 to 2024. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I never turned anyone away.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Maia
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
