I've spent 16 years as a lecturer in anthropology at Andes Institute of Technology in Lahore. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
